January Schedule
- Higher Impact Sunday School Lessons for January: First Sunday “The Wrong Path”, 1 John 1: 5-10; 2; 1-6; Second Sunday “A Generous and Forgiving Parent”, Luke 15: 11-24; Acts 2: 38-39; Third Sunday “A Time to Be Bold; A Time to Be Humble”, Genesis 18: 25-27, 30-32; Luke 18: 9-14; 1 John 5: 14-15; Fourth Sunday “If at First You Don’t Succeed, You’re Probably Human”, Matthew 4: 18-20; 16: 16-18; John 21: 15-18; 2 Peter 3: 14-15, 18. Please join us in person or via Zoom at 9:20 am. Unit II: Grace and Reconciliation.
- All meetings will resume in 2026! Bible Study is held in-person on Wednesday nights from 5:30 to 6:30 pm. Please join us! Zoom continues to be an option.
- Installation Services will be held on Sunday, January 11th during the 11:00 am Worship Service.
- Pastor will meet with the Finance Ministry immediately following Worship Service on Sunday, January 11th.
- Servant Leaders will meet on Tuesday, January 13th (via Zoom) from 6:00 to 7:00 pm.
- The Women’s Support Ministry will meet via Zoom and in-person on Saturday, January 17th at 11:00 am. Dr. Rosenthall will present a health topic. We will begin planning for 2026 Women’s Month!
- The Memphis Baptist Congress of Christian Education will meet Sunday, January 18th at 3:00 pm, Metropolitan Baptist Church (767 Walker Avenue) where Dr. Michael L. Moore is Pastor.
- The Pastor’s Esteem Ministry will meet via zoom on Saturday, January 24th at 11:00 am.
- Update information regarding phone number, email address, and address change should be submitted by the 2nd Sunday.
